Which height do I need?
Measure the rail-to-tube-centre height needed for the objective bell to clear the barrel; a 50 mm objective on a hunting rifle usually needs High, a 40-44 mm objective Low or Medium. Lower is better for cheek weld if it clears.
Do these fit a 1 inch tube?
No. These are 30 mm rings; Vortex makes a separate 1″ Pro Series ring (PR1).
What torque do I set?
Base clamp 30 in-lb, ring screws 18 in-lb, as engraved on the rings. A torque wrench such as the Vortex Pro Torque Wrench makes this repeatable.
