Shipping

We only ship products Australia wide using postage and freight providers authorised by Queensland Police Service, Weapons Licensing Branch. Firearms are sent via Australia Post or Courier and are always sent by registered post, with a tracking number and require a signature upon receipt.

If the recipient is not present to take delivery, and additional costs are incurred, the recipient is responsible for all costs relating to repostage or delivery, if payable.

If the items ordered are in stock, an order is usually dispatched within 3-7 business days.  If items need to be ordered from a supplier, a sales team member will be in contact with you with an ETA (Estimated time of arrival). Delivery by Australia Post normally takes between 3-7 business days with exceptions to rural or regional areas.

N.B Many of our products are subject to export restrictions.  We can not accept online orders for all restricted items.

Domestic shipping costs
Small Accessories AUD $30 per 10 items. (within reason)

Flat rate shipping fee only applies under 5kg.  Additional fee applies for orders over 5kg (depends on the size – min $20).

Firearms:

• Category A & B Firearms:
  • (no scope or accessories) in original, factory box: Interstate$110, QLD$90
  • With scope, accessories or without factory box: Interstate$150, QLD$110
• Category H Firearms
  • in factory box: Interstate$110, QLD$90
  • needing special box/packing: Interstate$130, QLD$110

Items requiring custom quote, depending on dimensions and destination etc.

• Large, heavy or bulky Items: Safes, travel cases, reloading presses
• Dangerous goods shipping $60 per 5kg  ( NOT ammos)

Shipping Firearms

Queensland

Category A & B Firearms may be shipped or posted from 3 Gun Tactical directly to a customer that holds a valid Queensland Firearms License within Queensland only IF we are supplied with:

• the original Permit to Acquire (PTA) or an email version directly from Qld Police, Weapons Licensing Branch.
• Firearms can only be shipped to the address on the original PTA issued by Qld Police, that is send to 3GT.

Items must be sent via registered post only and MUST be signed for by the license holder.

Any other category (CDHM) must be sent to a licensed firearms dealer for brokerage.

Interstate

Firearms shipped interstate must be sent from 3GT to a licensed firearms dealer. You are responsible for provide full details of the dealer, their dealer license copy including expiry.

3GT cannot ship a firearm directly to you if you reside outside of Queensland or hold an interstate license. Please include the details of your nominated transferring dealer in the order comments or contact us to discuss.

International Sales

We reserve the right to cancel orders from international customers and potential fraudulent transactions, which will be reported to Police and/or other relevant authorities.

Payment in full is required before items will be shipped, or where required, export permit applications will be made to relevant authorities.

Payment for international orders needs to be a direct deposit, IMT or equivalent payment to a bank account nominated by 3GT.

3GT may be able to ship firearms and related goods outside of Australia – depending on the destination country,  please email for quote.

Australian Department of Defence, ITAR and Home Affairs regulations are very stringent meaning applications for export permits is very time consuming, and may incur additional costs to prepare, submit and manage exports from Australia.

Order cancellations & returns

Please choose carefully when purchasing products on this site. We invest time and money to prepare orders before they are shipped. Order cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us on 07 3180 1223 or email info@3gt.com.au

Should you receive a product which is damaged, incorrect or not as described please contact us on 07 3180 1223 or email info@3gt.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the delivery so that we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Any attempt to use the incorrect or damaged item will be deemed acceptance by the consumer.

3 Gun Tactical will cover reasonable costs of return if we are found to be at fault.
