Sako Super Hammerhead in 30-06 Sprg, 150 grain, 20 rounds per box. Sako Super Hammerhead is the extended-range performer for big-game hunting: a heavy-jacketed, strong, non-fragmenting bullet with a bonded core for high weight retention and effective penetration. Its semi-spitzer boat-tail shape improves ballistic efficiency and flattens the trajectory compared with the round-nose Hammerhead. Sako developed and tested it in its ballistic laboratories and then in extensive big-game hunting, for big game at short to medium distances.
Specifications are the manufacturer’s published figures; sources: Sako — Super Hammerhead, Beretta Australia (importer).
Licence & collection: Ammunition is supplied only to holders of a current Australian firearms licence for the relevant category and is available for in-store collection from our Tingalpa store — a valid firearms licence is required for collection. 3 Gun Tactical, Licensed Firearms Dealer 50001578, Tingalpa QLD.
