3GT Firearms Proficiency Courses

While 3GT often provide once off training programs, we much prefer to develop an on-going suite of programs that are developed in unison with senior leaders and instructors in your agency, to design, build, deliver structured courses delivered by 3GT as the Lead Instructor,  who will be assisted by Agency instructors, who help to provide specific examples within the SOP’s and operations guidelines of the department.

Importantly, we provide ongoing regular quality assurance, assessment and updates to instructors for incorporation into regular training programs.
